Fred Krumm

Fred Krumm, D&RA leader, brings 31 years of financial and D&RA experience to his clients. 

As a founding member of DuPont’s “Decision and Risk Consultants” team, Fred was instrumental in internalizing D&RA; he led numerous studies, as well as training and mentoring hundreds of managers and analysts in the proper application of D&RA.

From 2004 to 2009, Fred served as a senior consultant with Decision Strategies, Inc, a management consultancy based in Houston, TX. His clients benefitted from outstanding facilitation, uncertainty assessment, and stochastic analysis, leading to creation of hundreds of millions of dollars in NPV. Fred also led several executive training seminars for a multinational energy company.

He holds an MBA from the William E. Simon School at the University of Rochester (NY, USA), is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, and has achieved the CMA designation.
