Our projects range from quick scans of a few weeks to complex analysis, design and implementation projects that can last over a year.

Typically, we work together with a client team, full-time and on-site, for optimal impact and buy-in. We bring focus, pace, structure and objectivity in situations where our clients lack the resources, time or insights required for change.

We have worked with a range of methodologies and frameworks – we select the tools that we believe work best given the specific situation. Besides managing the engagement process, where needed we provide content expertise and our point of view.
